Would you like a free sum of money to help with living expenses, travel, and normal life in college? Then it looks like you are interested in a Scholarship. Everyone that is attending college would love to get one, but how exactly do you get a scholarship? There is no for sure way to assure you will get one, but there are some tips to help you. Ask your school counselor. They may be able to direct you in the right path for a scholarship. You can also search online for scholarships. It also helps to have a good GPA, good grades, and a good ACT score, because most colleges look at these things when you attempt to enroll in a college. A night of opportunities’ is coming your way! Peoria Heights High School is hosting a job fair Wednesday, May 6 from 4-7p.m. in the Roger Bergia Gymnasium. All students that are eligible to work and allowed to attend the job fair. Peoria Christian, Peoria Quest, Peoria Central, and Richwoods are all going to be at the job fair and are excited to join us and support our Leadership Academy.
