Doesn’t it seem like winter will never end? Gertie the Groundhog predicted six more weeks of winter this year, and so far, it seems like her prediction was correct. Snowstorms are covering the nation, and it seems as though it will never be warm again.
Internationally, this winter has hit very hard. For example, in Boston, the seasonal snow has been nearly 100 inches, which is close to beating the all-time record. Mississippi and Alabama have also experienced a lot of snow—only recently they had one of the heaviest snow storms on record. Illinois has experienced freezing weather and multiple snow storms as well.
