Faculty members at PHHS had some great things to say about Larissa. “Larissa went above and beyond in helping with school play working on the scenery, typing the program, helping others run their lines, etc. Additionally, she has consistently helped others in advisor and continues to excel in academics. She is a humble and quiet student who always has her work done.” “Rissa has been outstanding in music also. Besides playing the clarinet, she also plays trap set. Rissa does an excellent job of managing her time between work and her many school activities to meet her obligations. I wish I had more students like her, although my group is pretty amazing. Rissa also participated in the IHSA Solo-Ensemble Contest singing in a vocal duet, trio, andf playing a clarinet solo. She received superior ratings in all three events.” “Rissa Baize, very mature hard working young lady.” “I agree with the nomination of Larissa Baize. I see her mentoring the freshmen, which is pretty amazing.” “Larissa was my manager for girls basketball. She was very dependable.”
Larissa’s future plans include “To take over the world one student at a time as a high school science teacher.” With that in mind she plans to begin her college education at ICC and continue perhaps with ISU. We at PHHS wish her the best for the future.
